We are very happy with our Manager Plus Enterprise software. We have been using Manager Plus since 1997. at that time we had three companies, with approximately 90 vehicles. Now we have 9 locations, and 400 + pieces of equipment. There is no possible way we could keep track of our Maintenance, inventory & repairs without the Manager plus Software! We can keep track of cost’s and find out what works and what doesn’t. with the fuel import module it is very easy to import the fueling data into our software so we can track Maintenance. My annual reports are a breeze. And Their Customer service is second to none.

We have 3 plant locations and our mechanics do not concentrate their work at one plant. The Manager Plus app was our solution for that. Our field mechanic has an iPad with the app on it, this allows him to create a work order request which immediately notifies our service writer. The work order is created and parts can be ordered as needed. This software changed the way we do business, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their process or create a process if they do not currently have one.

All of our managers use the APP to report maintenance issues and track the progress of repairs. The increase in productivity has been amazing, as has the turnaround time for completing work orders. We also use the software to inventory parts, tools as well as keep track of scheduled maintenance...This is certainly the most cost-effective technology tool we use.

Included in our package was a series of one hour online classes. We were able to schedule these at our convenience, which was important. Our instructor Nate was not only knowledgeable, he was thorough and patient. Our Building Engineer was hesitant about using such powerful software. Nate put him at ease and made sure each lesson was understood before moving to the next.

Before my hire all the maintenance documentation was done through Excel sheets that were buried within a shared drive. I was tasked with finding a CMMS to be able to organize all that documentation under one platform. After reviewing and trialing 8 different CMMS I found that ManagerPlus was by far the most user friendly.

After reviewing 7 other CMMS it was my conclusion that between operators and management alike this database system was the most user friendly. It has an organized ribbon of modules and the table layout makes it easy to sort and filter by what I wanted to see. Not to mention with Business Intelligence the dashboard gives me a snapshot of what’s most important to me while also giving me a more customized approach to generating reports.

This CMMS software gives us visibility to see what is going on and where we are at with inventory management and projects. I think one of the best parts of Manager plus is that it creates a better line of communication from purchasing to maintenance as far as what we have and what we need to have in stock.
