The ManagerPlus Proven Plan for Your Success
The first step in our Proven Plan is with our sales team. As you converse with us, our primary goal is to make sure that we are the right fit to solve your organizational challenges with the solution that will work best with your organization.
The process starts with a Marketing Development Representative (MDR). An MDR’s purpose is to gather information about your organization and schedule a ManagerPlus demonstration with a dedicated Account Executive.
Your Account Executive will work in partnership with you to determine the best solution for your organization. They will provide you with the details about ManagerPlus you need to make the best decision for your organization. Once you have made the decision to purchase, your Account Executive will introduce you to your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Get ready, because this is where things get exciting.
Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will become your point of contact for your onboarding process. They will assist you in getting educated in ManagerPlus best practices. During this stage, we will help your organization get up-to-speed and using ManagerPlus like a pro. We will also help you prepare your asset data and upload it.
Then, your data will be imported by our experts to ensure you’re in an ideal position to get the most out of ManagerPlus. Educational sessions with your CSM will prepare your employees so they are ready to go live on your ManagerPlus platform.
3) Account Management
When you’ve completed Onboarding, we know that your ManagerPlus relationship is just beginning. That’s why we’ll introduce you to your dedicated Account Manager. This means that your account will have someone to help you with all your future needs. As your organization grows, your needs will change. Luckily for you, your Account Manager is there to help you make sure that you always have exactly what you need.
4) Learning Center
Becoming an expert in ManagerPlus is an ongoing process. Increasing your knowledge of ManagerPlus does not end with your Onboarding. You will know how to use ManagerPlus but will likely run into questions that are specific to your organization. When this happens, we have our Learning Center to help you get answers. We are regularly adding new articles and videos to help you learn about ManagerPlus. It includes How-To guides, quick tips, and descriptions of new features. This means that the Learning Center is an amazing resource for you to learn anything you want to about ManagerPlus.
5) Customer Support
Even with our fantastic Learning Center, we understand that you might still have an issue. Not to worry, we still have you covered. If you find anything that you can’t handle through your Account Manager or the Learning Center, our Customer Support is second to none. They have expertise to solve any problem and leave you ready to get back to work. Their knowledge is unparalleled when it comes to everything ManagerPlus.
6) Professional Services
Your organization grows and often needs further training or help. When this happens, you have access to our Professional Services team. Their job is to train you and your employees to use ManagerPlus even better as you move forward. Whether it’s training new employees, or just getting retrained to make sure you are getting the most out of your ManagerPlus, our Professional Services team is equipped to make sure you can grow your team with confidence.
7) Product Development
Working behind the scenes at ManagerPlus is our Product Development team. When you log in to ManagerPlus and find that new update has gone out, that’s our Product Development team hard at work. When you gain new features, it’s because we’ve been working to stay ahead of industry needs. Their job is making sure that ManagerPlus is always ahead of the curve, and you always have the latest, cutting edge technology to assist with your organization.
