 We use your software at the Engineering Division of the New York State Department Of Health (Wadsworth Research Center, David Axelrod Institute). We are a 24 hour per day, 365 days per year powerplant for a research facility with critical engineering equipment that must be maintained to minimize downtime—there are 3 shifts with equipment assigned to each shift.
