We use your software at the Engineering Division of the New York State Department Of Health (Wadsworth Research Center, David Axelrod Institute). We are a 24 hour per day, 365 days per year powerplant for a research facility with critical engineering equipment that must be maintained to minimize downtime—there are 3 shifts with equipment assigned to each shift. We use ManagerPlus for our preventive maintenance program and have had success with it. We also benefitted from the onsite startup training provided by your company.
