Direct Sales Associate

ManagerPlus is looking for a Direct Sales Representative to join our fast growing company and sales team. ManagerPlus offers a positive work environment as well as a competitive employment package that includes salary plus commission, full benefits and 401k options. ManagerPlus is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and driven individual who understands software, is technologically savvy and has a passion for sales. Due to the large volume of prospects and customers in this type of business, this role requires an individual capable of successfully balancing a heavy workload.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate outbound sales calls to warmed leads
• Achieve predetermined sales goals
• Build and execute a successful sales strategy to develop and manage individual sales pipelines and revenue
• Deliver high quality standard ManagerPlus product presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate ManagerPlus product strengths, relative to competitors
• Continuous follow up and follow through with prospects and customers
• Understand current and future IT trends to solve customer's issues through software and hardware solutions
• Build customer loyalty and provide excellent customer service

Tech Support Specialist

ManagerPlus, a provider of asset management software, is looking for Technical Support Reps to work in it's Sandy office.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Experience with the installation and configuration of SQL Server. Ability to write SQL queries a plus.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• An understanding of networking and network security.
• Experience managing/supporting Internet Information Server (IIS), and web based applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find resolutions to complex technical problems.
• Ability to reproduce reported product issues to determine symptoms, root cause and solution or workaround.
