Tech Support Specialist

Qqest Asset Management Services, a provider of asset management software, is looking for Technical Support Reps to work in it's Sandy office.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

1. Experience installing and configuring SQL Server. Ability to writing SQL queries a plus.
2. Experience with Windows Server administration with an understanding of networking and network security.
3. Experience managing/supporting Internet Information Server (IIS), and web based applications.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and find resolutions to complex technical problems.
5. Ability to reproduce reported product issues to determine symptoms, root cause and solution or workaround.
6. Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
